Facebook combines number of food ordering service like EatStreet, Delivery.com, DoorDash, ChowNow and Olo, as well as restaurants like Jack in the Box, Five Guys, Papa John’s, and Panera.
The company says, depending on the restaurant, you’ll be able to place pick-up and delivery orders. What’s more is they want to take the advantage of your Facebook connections. you can also search your favorite food in the food search.
In a example given by Facebook : No need to have additional sign up account for Facebook. Do you have a delivery.com account then just sign in to account through Facebook. If you don't have an account don't bother just sign up.
To order your food go to explorer section in the Facebook app. On this page go to food options and select Start Order and browse the all your favorite food items. You can also order food from your favorite restaurant and select your favorite dish. It delivers your food with multiple services
Facebook says that they are testing the app from one year ago and took additional feed back from customers. First this app will launch in US in the restaurants. This app will be available in iOS, Android as well as your desktop PC's.
