Take Control of Unwanted Emails with This Simple Trick

How To Control Unwanted Emails

Techbyte: Your inbox is filled with spam, junk emails, newsletter, sales promotion, bills, social media notifications...it goes on. Over the years, you have ended up giving your email address to so many people, websites, and services that you can't even recollect.

Back then it seemed like a necessity, to sign up to try a new service, or to avail some offers. But today, the ghosts of the past haunt your inbox.Although services like Gmail has different tabs nowadays, they are only effective to a point. Your bills and other important notifications can get lost in this email pile of 'Updates' or 'Promotions'.n Gmail, you can make a filter that filters out all emails containing the word 'unsubscribe'. They will then skip the inbox and go to another folder (label) which you can check periodically and whitelist the ones you do want to see in my inbox.
To create the filter in Gmail by following these steps.
1. First, as the hack says, search for ‘unsubscribe' in the search box. This will show you with the list of all emails that have the term 'unsubscribe' in it.
2. Now click the 'More' button and choose the option 'Create Filter'. This will open a tab with options to create a 'Search Filter'
3. You can also find an option to add a label to the search filter, in the tab, where you can name the filter as well.
Now you can find all these lesser important emails under one label. The same technique will work well with other email services like Outlook or Yahoo. However, there will be the slight difference with regarding terms such as labels and so on.
