Intel Releases 8th Generation Core i7, i5, And i3 Desktop Processors With Coffee Lake Architecture


                Yesterday Intel announces 8 th Gen core processor with i3 ,i5 ,i7 architecture . These processor are based on '14 nm++' with Coffee Lake architecture . These processors are available from October 5 

There are 6 new core processor like Core i7-8700K and Core i7-8700 like  6 cores and 12 threads are more faster and mostly used by games and another one new Core i5-8600K and Core i5-8400 has 6 cores without hyper threading and last two are new Core  i3-8350K and Core i3-8100 has 4 physical cores without using hyper threading. All the 6 processors are based on coffee lake architecture.

Intel doesn't specify the names of the chips  is it for optimized for games, content creators, and overclockers. Recently  14 nm architecture with Kaby Lake architecture has released on August 21 has slight improvement in 8th Gen , and the upcoming Cannonlake 10nm chips would come under the 8th Gen family.

While comparing i7 has 25% more FPS for demanding games like Gears of War 4. And while editing 4K 360-degree, users are  able to do it 32% faster than Core i7-7700K and 65% faster than a 3-year old PC




The new Z370 chipset also enables support for DDR4-2666 memory which was limited to DDR4-2400 in the case of Z270. For the first time, Intel has added 6 cores to the Core i5 chips and we can also see Core i3 chips with four cores.



The new 8 Gen Intel has 6 processors with Intel Octane memory.Intel 300 series chipset (currently uses Z370 ) which improves the perfomance and power delivery to the motherboard. 

These Intel new 8th Gen Desktop processors are available from October 5 .
