Android O Version Is Called As " Oatmeal Cookie" Or "Oreo" But It Is Not Confirmed

Oatmeal Cookie
Every year we get excited about which dessert could possibly be named the next version of Android. Several references have been found in the source code and commit logs for Android 8.0 which indicate that Android O might be finally called Android Oatmeal Cookie. Similar references were also found in slides presented during Google I/O 2017. While Oatmeal Cookie could be just an internal codename being used by Google developers, such speculations are surely fun to look at.

Another evidence for Oatmeal Cookie is when the code indicates that Google Pixel is running on Android O Developer Preview or ‘oc-dev.’ It apparently means that OC is the synonym for Android O Developer Preview, and could very well stand for Oatmeal Cookie. There were mentions of “oatmeal_cookie” in sample code that was used in a presentation slide.

Meanwhile, current favorite for Android 8.0 codename is Android Oreo. But, it might not end up making the final cut. A publication named Myce is suggesting that Android O might be called Android Oatmeal Cookie.

Android "O" supports new emoji that will be included in the Unicode 10 standard. A new emoji font was also introduced, which notably redesigns its face figures to use a traditional circular shape, as opposed to the "blob" design that was introduced on Android "Kit-Kat" .The virtual QWERTY keyboard used on Android O will improve how users navigate Android on the new build.

It  will be interesting with the new name of Android  O version and the new features of Android  . Hope this news  will be very interesting for tech lovers . Android  O name is not confirmed but the assumptions may be true by tech experts said . What are you thinking about the Android O versions name write in comments.
